Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. Before launch, the full set of contracts will be in place: terms and conditions, terms of use and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Hetzner acts as sub-processor under an agreement of its own.

How is our suite separated from other customers?
Every suite has a virtual machine and GPU memory of its own, and there is no access between customers.
Where does our data live?
In Hetzner’s ISO 27001 certified data centers in the EU (Germany and Finland).
Is our data encrypted while it is being processed?
No. During inference, inputs and model sit unencrypted in GPU memory; that applies to any GPU-based AI.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is never used for training.
