Question 1

What is a suite?

Accepted Answer

The AI environment of a single organization. Your team works in a portal with chat, its own prompts, documents and workflows, and that is also where you manage users and permissions.

Question 2

Who is the AI Suite for?

Accepted Answer

For organizations that want to use AI but may not or will not hand their data to US platforms: law firms bound by professional secrecy, medical practices with patient records, tax advisers, agencies, mid-sized businesses and public bodies.

Question 3

Do we need IT staff of our own?

Accepted Answer

No. We operate the environment; what your team uses and who may access what, you define in the portal.

Question 4

Which model runs in our suite?

Accepted Answer

One from our catalog, for example Qwen3, Gemma 3, Mistral Small, Llama 3.3 or gpt-oss.

Question 5

What does the GPU memory of a plan stand for?

Accepted Answer

It sets the upper limit for model size and determines how much context and how many concurrent requests are possible.

Question 6

What do the agent workflows do?

Accepted Answer

They handle recurring tasks on their own, such as sorting and answering incoming email or evaluating documents.

Question 7

Which systems can we connect?

Accepted Answer

Document storage, calendar, CRM, accounting and ticketing systems; from Suite M also email through the agent mailbox.

Question 8

Which file formats are supported?

Accepted Answer

The list is not final yet. Tell us which formats your team works with and we will tell you whether they are covered.

Question 9

How is our suite separated from other customers?

Accepted Answer

Every suite has a virtual machine and GPU memory of its own, and there is no access between customers.

Question 10

Where does our data live?

Accepted Answer

In Hetzner’s ISO 27001 certified data centers in the EU (Germany and Finland).

Question 11

Is our data encrypted while it is being processed?

Accepted Answer

No. During inference, inputs and model sit unencrypted in GPU memory; that applies to any GPU-based AI.

Question 12

Is our data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. Customer data is never used for training.

Question 13

Can we get our data back out?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in full and at any time, and you can keep backups of your own. When the contract ends, we delete the data once you have exported it.

Question 14

Is there a data processing agreement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before launch, the full set of contracts will be in place: terms and conditions, terms of use and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Question 15

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Suite S costs 415,31 €, Suite M 831,81 € and Suite L 1.664,81 € a month, each incl. 19 % VAT; Suite Enterprise is priced on request.

Question 16

Can we cancel or change plans?

Accepted Answer

Suite S, M and L can be canceled monthly; Suite Enterprise has a minimum term of twelve months.

Question 17

Why was my referral discount not applied?

Accepted Answer

The referral discount is for new customers only. The same billing address or payment method as the referring account, an earlier purchase or an inactive link prevent it.

Question 18

Who gets access, and who may do what?

Accepted Answer

Only people you invite by name. You decide who may use which models, data, workflows and connectors.

Question 19

Is there an API?

Accepted Answer

From Suite M there is an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for your own applications.

Question 20

How do we get access?

Accepted Answer

Suite Enterprise can be requested now: it gets a whole GPU for models of up to 120B parameters and is ready within five weeks.

Question 21

Is there a waiting list?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and joining is without obligation. We contact you as soon as Suite S, M or L can be booked, expected in 2027.
