How is our suite separated from other customers?

Every suite has a virtual machine and GPU memory of its own, and there is no access between customers. From Suite M, the GPU share is also partitioned in hardware and has guaranteed compute, so other customers’ load does not affect it; Suite Enterprise gets the whole GPU. In Suite S, two customers share the compute of one instance while their memory stays separate.

Where does our data live?
In Hetzner’s ISO 27001 certified data centers in the EU (Germany and Finland).
Is our data encrypted while it is being processed?
No. During inference, inputs and model sit unencrypted in GPU memory; that applies to any GPU-based AI.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is never used for training.
Can we get our data back out?
Yes, in full and at any time, and you can keep backups of your own. When the contract ends, we delete the data once you have exported it.
