  • What is a suite?

    The AI environment of a single organization. Your team works in a portal with chat, its own prompts, documents and workflows, and that is also where you manage users and permissions.

  • Who is the AI Suite for?

    For organizations that want to use AI but may not or will not hand their data to US platforms: law firms bound by professional secrecy, medical practices with patient records, tax advisers, agencies, mid-sized businesses and public bodies.

  • Do we need IT staff of our own?

    No. We operate the environment; what your team uses and who may access what, you define in the portal.

Pricing & billing

  • What does it cost?

    Suite S costs 415,31 €, Suite M 831,81 € and Suite L 1.664,81 € a month, each incl. 19 % VAT; Suite Enterprise is priced on request.

  • Can we cancel or change plans?

    Suite S, M and L can be canceled monthly; Suite Enterprise has a minimum term of twelve months.

  • Why was my referral discount not applied?

    The referral discount is for new customers only. The same billing address or payment method as the referring account, an earlier purchase or an inactive link prevent it.

Access & accounts

  • Who gets access, and who may do what?

    Only people you invite by name. You decide who may use which models, data, workflows and connectors.

  • Is there an API?

    From Suite M there is an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for your own applications.

  • How do we get access?

    Suite Enterprise can be requested now: it gets a whole GPU for models of up to 120B parameters and is ready within five weeks.

  • Is there a waiting list?

    Yes, and joining is without obligation. We contact you as soon as Suite S, M or L can be booked, expected in 2027.
